Here ya go Alan, as posted by TC:
GEET CHUFFED with the turn out for tonights comp.
Here\'s the statistics bit......
33 fished
Money raised for RNLI £136.00 - from both the entry fee contribution and donations recieved by cheques & on the night itself
H/B - £33.00 - Micky Quayle 3lb 9oz
H/ F- £16.50 - Falcone 1 good sized eel from the Blocks 2lb 7oz
I\'ve had further offers of donations to the RNLI, so I\'ll give it a week before I send a cheque off to our RNLI Fund Treasurer, Marc Mcmahon.
THANKS ALL who turned out on the night and thanks everybody who have sent me cheques with donations to the RNLI Fund.
A special thanks go to Marks 8 yr old daughter, Holly - not only for taking part in the comp, but also for drawing out the prize draw numbers for me (the bairns hands were frozen). She still managed to draw out her dads number, though....lol !!!
Thanks again, everybody for making it another good NESA comp - NICE 1
Willywetegg - I\'m sat here puffing on that cigar you gave me, m8. Got no beer but I\'m well down a nice bottle of wine....hic !
Great to meet lots of new NESA Members as well as those that I\'ve known for a good while - BRILLIANT !
Cheers, Keith.

Aye Alan, one of the threads I tried to move (errmm unsucessfuly), last night was “SHORE COMP RESULTS”
Anyway….here they are again…….
33 fished
6 weighed in
Heaviest Bag went to Micky Quayle who fished Roker and ended up with a mixed bag of whiting and flatties weighing 3lb 9 oz
Heaviest Fish went to Falcone who got a 2lb 7oz eel from The Blocks on Shields Pier.
By the way, Alan – Falcone has had the eel verified by SSAC as being a Conger.
A new species for him and possibly a new species for South Shields Pier (?)
Others fishing the comp had mainly undersized codling and whiting – some (like me) had nowt at all…..lol
Thanks for putting that back up Keith - where did you find it ???
