can anyone one reccomend me or no off a club that accept juniors in hartlepool or near hartlepool but not to far away as me and my mate really want to join one and enter the comps and would prefer to be in one for the winter any help much appreciated

i dont know of any of the 3 clubs in hartlepool that allow juniors to fish with them.
its all because of the legal requirements surrounding, child protection and risk assesment.
we could allow juniors to fish alongside us but they must fish and travel with a family member at all times.
all clubs are keen to run junior sections and encourage juniors into the sport [thats how we all started] but the legal requirements make it very difficult, unless someone is prepared to run a dedicated junior club with fixed nenue comps.
