  • Autumn fishing....

Well.. summer is nearly over....the chavtastic maccy bashers will be indooors for another 9mths of hibernation and pickling their livers in Lambrini and my thoughts turn to Autumn fishing....

Just wondering where are your fave Autumn marks around the North East coast?

For the record... I love using up my summer maccy fillets catching Whiting from the rivers, piers etc.... The Tyne estuary being one of my faves :-)

With the climate keep changing I think the summer spicies will be around abit longer than normal so autumn is going to be coalies, whiting and yes you've guess it mackie.i hope I'm wrong but last year I still got mackie in October .
So until we get a massive sea not much will change. So it's the piers for me.
