    £10 entry (includes h/f)

    Registration and weigh-in at the Little Shore, Amble

    Boundaries : Seahouses south pier to the Plantation, Druridge Bay

      Aye got to agree with gordon here,thats a joke that.how can you have an open match over the best rock end marks in Northumberland with a tide like that??

        Its probably just so it coincides with the Amble Fayre,its more likely bad luck with the tides than badly organised,Tony might know better though

          You`re right about the tides lads.

          Unfortunately, the date isn`t picked by fishermen, but for the Sea Fayre Festival.

            Fair comment,but could it not have been fished over low water on the evening tide?I know it would have meant a late finish for anyone travelling to fish it but im sure alot more people would turn out to fish if they could get onto there mark.

              There are marks within the boundaries that will fish on an incoming tide.

              I suspect the lads who will fish the comp are more adaptable to the conditions than you think.

              Again, the date and time are not selected by fishermen!!
