                A 4oz spool should fill a slosh 30 3 times over
                Sensor i found to be very good line Also ultima distance
                Although now i only use either sakuma nite crystal and diawa tournament

                      red ice, black ice, sensor blah blah blah

                      nothing wrong with red ice mate, used 30lb red ice straight through on rock marks all over n.e and arbroath / aberdeen etc, haven't lost a fish or gear due to the line.

                      if it's frayed when you bring it in change it, check all knots before every chuck, not rocket science

                      to be honest i used gerry's mono for years, 3 spools for a tenner, which is good as anything.

                      if your fishing rock marks your going to lose gear, better off using cheap stuff on rocks, get better stuff for lighter work / cleaner ground.


                      personally i think it all get's a bit tackle tartish. ultimo / sensor /blah blah blah....catching the angler not the fish...........

                        tackle tartish , sensor line is just a line that seems popular wth lads i know who fish rough ground there is also penn surf line tritanium as i normaly say everybody to there own ,but whats the most important piece of your fishing tackle some people use carbon hooks is that tackle tartish ??

                          bought some red ice the other month and the multies i used it on did nowt
                          but birds nest all the time!!
                          at first i thought it was me but changed line over to a cheaper line and ta da!! never had one yet! dont know if it was a bad batch or what because used red ice for years and years! would recomend rovex devil line to anyone because its a smashing line to use and at £3-£4 a spool its very good on price and quality!!
                          saying that just bought some sensor AM A TART!!!!!!
