    My mate treated himself to one of those rods this week and it snapped second cast, clean snap about 12" from the tip.

    Just thought it worth reporting. Looked like a quality problem because it was just a very gentle cast when it snapped.

    I have had the 13' version for 6 months ish and up to now it seems OK. Fingers crossed.

    i know 3 lads who have got them 2 snapped one doesnt get used there propper kak lol

      Mine seems alright up to now but seeing my mates break knocked my confidence a bit. I will see how it goes.

        hi i have a snoick 4 but never had it out ive seen alot off reports on here saying the rods are **** and alot saying they are the best rods going . if you got the rod from a shop they should change it thats what i got told .

          yea they fix it for free but ya dont want to be casting with is it going to snap in the back of your mind lol

            Get two of them, then if one snaps yev got a reserve Then spare tip rings and plenty gaffer tape and yer laughing

                i had an sk3 snap last week a inch from the tip, but the rod was damaged as it fell off the stand and couple rings cracked. i also have the SK4 which i pendulum cast 7oz weights with no issues so far.
                Species 2012 - Cod, Flounder, Dab, Plaice, Pollock, Eelpout, Common eel, Granny Fish, Whiting, Coalie, LSD, Rockling, Bass.
