                  Hi David.northeast
I believe they do have to fund themselves but there is funding out there to support talented anglers within sports governing body pathways and/or international squads, it's very hit and miss which areas its available, some local authorities and county sports partnerships have this funding which can support travel, bait, equipment, comp fees etc but like I say it is a bit of a postcode lotto at the moment
                  Thanks
                  Ben

Hoping to have something every year if we can get it established, want to develop a talent squad in the North focusing on coaching young anglers who want to fish for England in international tactics, techniques & rules.
                        Thanks

No problem David, pass the word to any junior anglers or anglers with kids that fish that you know and that would help spread the word, great opportunity I don't want the youngsters to miss out on
                            Cheers
