Its not that good during the summer and you might get the odd coalie or maybe a pollack and a couple of flounders m8 but it fishes well during the winter time.

Are you for real, the lads asking for advice just give instead of ' a certain place ' the point of this forum is to share catch reports and to help other anglers when you can

Chance of a bass over low water with a surf running! Use rag or crab!
          Stay safe!
          Enjoy your fishing!
          Take your rubbish home!
          Rocker.

I agree with you Darnc, what is the point of posting if your not going to help fellow anglers out?

It tends to fish best from high to low, fish in front of the cave with rag tipped with mackerel, this time of year its good for coley, flounder and the occasional bass or plaice.

If you give is a chance the "certain place" to fish is the right of the rock at low water there is a flat rock which you can get on and there is a big gulley running along there just need a little flick

I like to fish marsden on a big tide In front of the grotto a couple of hours before high and couple after the turn it's a good place to go to get out of a strong westerly wind as the cliffs give good shelter.
