Depends where your fishing. Generally bass like the start of the flood to come in and feed on anything such as crabs or anything they can find.
Species 2012 - Cod, Flounder, Dab, Plaice, Pollock, Eelpout, Common eel, Granny Fish, Whiting, Coalie, LSD, Rockling, Bass.

Pointless talking to some buffoons mate. Fish tynemouth beach in front of the sealife centre and as already mentioned blyth and cambois throw them up. I would say king eddies would also be worth a try also all of which should have a bit movement on.

                        Hope this helps.
                        Regards Nicky.

                            Hall beach

The hall beach is in seaham co Durham . Take the a19 south bound and take the turning marked seaham. Follow signs for harbor . Fish any were left of the pier.miss out the small beach next to the pier and go for the big beach.
