Over the past few weeks there have been a lot of rumours circulating about century bringing out a new rod with a approximate price of £600 any ideas?

Another, gimmick in my opinion.

There's plenty of good rods out there. You don't have to spend 600quid on a rod just to get an extra 5yards cos you wont.

it depends whos hands its in mate any top of the range rod is over 450 now am not a century fan but from what i have hurd sounds good and in the right hands it should make fishing easier give lewis hamilton a ferrari he will be fast give him a reliant robin he wont be

alrite mate about the eliminator i was using one the other day if you just want it to bully fish great rod but to swing it and bend the rod to its pottentiol i.e down to the butt takes alot of effort

I'm definately getting one from Gary at nets unless he recommends the Excalibur but I'll get used to it i suppose 7 oz lead and me weetabix should do the trick ha ha
