Pollack up to 6lb on the west side of the Mull. Hope to be heading back over for an extended stay in a week or so :-)

Good luck lads, the weather is ***** at the mo although we haven't had the torrential rain that was forecast for today.........yet
I was at the isle of whithorn yesterday testing out some new tackle. The weatherman said no wind but there was a 20-30mph westerly gusting lol and the tide was ripping past the point so I headed down the west side and cast towards the solway with a sliver wedge hoping for a mackie or two for bait. The water was minging with them. I changed to a float set up with belly strips of macky and in two chucks had two pollock about 2.5lb each before it went quiet at the top of the tideRegards, Graham
