Hi all
could all of you please send this message to any anglers you know and put it on the message boards of all the web sites that you know around the country. Alison is desperate for information from other parts of the country to do a comparison. Cheers lads and lasses. You could alos pass on the new addrees of NESA http://www.nesa.co.uk many visitors do not know the site address has changed
Once again a student from Newcastle University is doing studies into double sided flounders.
After some very good studies done by other students Alison Lee is hopefully going to continue on with the good work. These double sided flounders during the last studies where found all around the coast line but mainly in the north east. They are still present around the Wansbeck area and information is needed to find out wether they are present in any other areas of the country. Anglers are requested to note down their flounder catches and state how many double sided flounders are present or other abnormalities two sets of eyes etc.
Send the info to Alison Lee at Alison.Lee@ncl.ac.uk or phone 07779 582086.
Any help would be very appreciated, if you need any further info you can contaact her direct at the above
