depend's which way you come into blyth m8, look for sign's for port of blyth, turn in where the huge yellow corragated shed's are, there's a small carpark. there's a hole in the wall which take's you onto blyth beach, there's a pipe there, either side of that really, but if it's a big tide you'll get pushed back.
you could walk through the security gate's and a swift 10 or 15 minute walk will bring you to blyth pier.
    good luck.

NE24 3PB should get you there.
The little car park will be on your right.

The forecast for thursday is pretty flat - if you're set on fishing Blyth I'd recommend the Sluice end (south end) of the beach...there's a good HW hole in front of the Astley Arms (straight down from the car park), and the southern end towards the Sluice harbour is pretty steep at the moment so should lend itself to a tide-up session. What movement there is likely to be (if any) will be from the North as it has been this week with a bit of a groundswell the last couple of days, so the south end is likely your best chance for any movement.

If you can, I'd recommend perhaps starting off the rocks at Rocky Island for the first of the flood (maybe a couple of hours up from low) then move onto the Sluice end of the beach for the rest of the flood up to high. For parking at Rocky, make for the King's Arms on the headland at Seaton Sluice and go down the goat-trail behind down onto the rocks...for the beach you could park either opposite the Astley or in the car park at the bottom of the Avenue (turn off is at the roundabout a couple of hundred yards south of the Astley) both just a short drive of a few hundred yards from the Kings.
