I've had one for a few years now and rate it very highly. Flattying etc use it with an Abu 6500 sports mag or a medium size Shimano Aero. Use it for heavier spinning or floating off the rocks or bumping jellies off the bottom on leadheads for pollock. Cast lovely and smooth. Handled pollock to 5lb and treble shots of decent whiting off the beach.
Replaced my Daiwa TDPK 115 which got snapped in van door. Loved that one but the supercast is much better, smoother caster. Good rod.

the same thing yesterday whilst fishing a match.

Forgot to mention, he was gutted when i told him how much i picked
it up for, the rods in perfect condition, not a mark on it, £10.

if your just bait fishing with it i would use a 5500 multi, great with braid.

if reeling in constantly then i use a daiwa aero 500 f/s, again with braid.

i dont own this bass rods but the above is what i use on mine.
