    wandering around the supermarket is a fascinating experience mate,our lass dragged me out a year ago to do the"weekly big shop"i was giving it the big teenager strop(bearing in mind i am 43, 17 stone and have run hairy arsed pubs in london)it may sound a bit daft but i have used the tinned pilchards(without tomato juice)and tinned tuna mixed with bran in an onion sack to create a slick while ive been spinning for pollack off the shore,dont forget mussels and prawns uncooked,get to know the guy behind the fish counter at your morrisons slip him a few quid and see what turns up
    sometimes i sits and thinks,but thinks better whilst sitting on a rock fishing
