manksman rock see the scotty dean + gary catch report just head through borgue turn right at smokehouse up the road and park at borness farm,go down past pond carry on down past the sileage pit (loads of tyres) follow the field down manksman just to the right you will have to leave the mark a hour and half before high i think on a big tide or stay on till tide turns, just to the left of manksman rock is ok thats the one we got stuck on ,I would just take one big rod and one spinning rod for pollock, mackerel will do for bait for doggies
someone was saying years ago you got massive bags of doggies there not any more we had a few over the few weeks

borness point - 1/2 mile east of the manxman - can fish very well on big tides. you could try the meikle pinnacle - 2 miles west of the manxman - later in the seaso, say july onwards for bigger pollack and the usual suspects!
if you look for any reasonably deep water with tide run, you might just surprise yourself. so just enjoy exploring and find your special marks.

There are any amount of marks to the east of Borness (South Park). Park in the caravan park at brighouse bay, and walk along the side of the bay to the front.
