  • pots of shields pier

    is thier pots right round the end of the pier again as i watched the same culprit what looked like dropping them off for a good 15 mins on the webcam this morning.

      A was wondering why there were no pots up the pier side on Saturday, that's why, they were all off of the end.

        i,ve noticed he sometimes has a small container for a marker off the n/e corner and you presume they go down in the direction of the post but they quite often go right round the pier i remember trevor [codseeker loosing a load of gear a while back in the dark and i went down the following day and the dans where right round the pier what a mare

          a might hoy some in me self when a get the boat out get some of me loss back haha Compo im sure they just ropes with heavy weights either side just to collect lead

            Alright Stan i fished the end today and there was nothing visible unless hes up to his old tricks again with the sunken rope but i lost no gear all day even on the flood cheers Graham

              me thinks it was someone in the cleadon comp making sure no biggy was pulled in off there cos they fish elsewhere cos theres allways a biggin but not that season plenty lost and not landed becos of these ropes .. PMSL

                Yer, I think I lost one of my precious splashdowns to a rope but it was on the 40 marks mate
