depends on what marks u want 2 fish m8, rock or beach?
rockmarks- at low water from railway hole on lyne mouth beach= boghall rocks, snab point, seal skeer, boathouse rocks (private beach) limpet rocks but only on the spring tides & cresswell carrs over the pipe. single hook rot-bottom rigs with crab, mussel & worm baits.
beach from cresswell carrs north up2 hadston carrs can b fished along the whole beach 4 flounder, turburt & plaice -rag or lug baits tipped with macky or bluey. 2 or 3 hook flappers size 1's or 1,0's just search out the holes on the beach & not big chucks sometimes just 10-20 yrds out or just over or short of a sandbar.
      bill.

the only rock mark i would say low up2 high would b snab point m8, go out on the point at low & just walk back as the tide floods & chuck southeast over the ledge in2 deep water & thick kelp.
or fish cresswell carrs & come off in plenty time across the pipe & fish the rocks 2 the right on the flood.
