Never used it myself mate but aslong as its not snapping when connecting to the leader it should be fine, I had some okuma line it snapped every time I pulled the knot tight terrible stuff.

Its cheap for a reason, so a can only guess its gonna be rather bad... mind you the only way to find out is to get out there and test it, hope its ok for you.

Sakuma line, I cannot rate it highly enough, excellent quality, tough, thin, and very strong.

Thats why I joined there website and got a fleece, I love there products (line, hooks, clothing, etc) so much, I'd will happily wear there brand.

                      quality line

The best line i've ever used is PDQ, pegley davis to those not in the know, the Q standing for quality, and you would'nt put a Q on the sticker if the line was s**te.I use the green swag,40lb straight through when i'm after macky on roker pier in the summer, and believe me it's tough stuff.I've even used half a house brick(the ones with the holes in,second engineers i think) when i've run out of spark plugs or bog chain, and it's only ever snapped off two or three times when i've mistimed my cast,or when some of my line's been wrapped round my leg,but to be fair,it's a lot harder using hand lines when the end is crowded. Some (proper fishermen)ask where i get my line from, others(and these tend to be in the ignorant minority)ask which mental hospital i've escaped from, but generally,i fit in quite well on here,so if you want to use the best, take it from me,PDQ is the way to go.

Another good line not mentioned is Trilene big game, i use it on my 535 (25lbbs) for rough/mix ground fishing during winter and have never had any trouble with it. I also use Diawa sensor (15lbbs) on my mag elete for fishing the beaches
It's a thin line that seperates an Angler from a madman standing on the beach in january at midnight in -5 degrees with a northerly wind blowing in your face

                            Evening!
well gentlemen over the last 2 days i have tested the rovex devil line 15lbbs and i am very happy to say its an extreamly good line
ive tested it on a fixed spool and a multiplier reel and its very good on both!
comes off the spool lovely and smooth on them especially the multiplier with no tangles or nests wot so ever! ive had daiwa sensor and red ice before and this is very close to those!
the price may get a lot of you into thinking its a substandard line but next time
you see it in your local tackle shop grab a spool you wont be disapointed
plus its very very strong ive got cut hands to prove it!! (sillt **** i am)

Sounds a canny price, but I just use a line called viz. its a high viz line used on the casting field the 16lb is .31 and 20lb is .35 which are both thin diameter lines, the spools are £20 each and hold around 4300m and 5500m and I've neva had a problem with them. And I think at the moment if you buy 3 you get a 4th free, am not 100% sure but think you can mix and match with bulk spools of shocky too
