  • young uns catches

if any of you are taking the chance of taking your kids out fishing and getting hammered, a few of you have lately, could you please let me have the deatils for my angling columns, so I can teel my readers that you have been beaten by your young un. Don't worry, have just had this discussion with another poor sole who got outfished, my daughter always used to hammer me whenever we went fishing, won quite a few junior comps in Tynemouth club and junior champion a few times, was Whitley Bay junior open champion at nine. I have found the answer of how to beat them "don't take them"

I get beat everytime I take the lad, I love the idea of stopping it by leaving them at home Alan haha.

On the plus side this is great for the kids lads/lasses, the look on there faces when there in the paper is a delight, I know this first hand thanks to Mr Charlton.

tongue in cheek, tongue in cheek, don't take it the wrong way and start angling wars 1,987, we all think it is great when the little uns beat us, especially me when I find out so I can put it in my angling columns and as Pete says the look on the kids faces show it all.
