is there any junior sea fishing clubs based in hartlepool as i am looking to join one i am 15 years old so any advice will be appreciated

we have 3 clubs in hartlepool [that im aware of]
Hartlepool Pirates
The Manor club
King Oswy club
as far as i,m aware none have a junior section.
i,m chairman of the Pirates and because of legal requirements and child protection we dont have a junior section. a junior could fish withinn our club but would need to fish alongside a family member in every match.
i dont know if the other clubs allow juniors to fish there matches. -
