Not at all. they need a licence and have an up keep off a boat to pay for. Infact don't they pay for a quota for what they catch ? I might be wrong. But fly tipping on a public beach is certainly not the same imo.Regards Nicky.

the green eyed monsters they are known as ya get them all over fishing sites
