I know a lad who was putting tyres in the higher Tyne on Friday and got lifted by the POLICE he has been summoned to court illegal dumping, carrying waste without a licence defective tyres on his van,the copper said your throwing better tyres away than what's on your van the best crack was he had 2 good tyres to put on his van in the back
As said in this post (they belong to no one they were dumped in the river ) years ago a certain guy made a big thing about this and said who ever done his traps would get done, we done them every tide as they were my uncles tyres long before he done them so, are them tyres mine as my uncle give me the rights,It just go,s on and on every year

I ain't got my own traps, neither have I the time to collect my own crab, I'd like to, but would rather spend my precious spare time fishing!
I can understand lads being furious having traps raided, I think its better to ask rather than steal.
Feel free to pm me if anyone gets a surplus! Beer money waiting!Stay safe!
Enjoy your fishing!
Take your rubbish home!
