anyways the thread goes on for days but unfortunately war was declared on the poor guy that had forgot hes camera at home ..but i suppose it was better than sitting in the house
already been 2 caught on seaham pier on sunday morning
Its hard to belive mate, but its not impossible. They seem to be getting earlier and earlier every year
But ill keep my eyes open, if i can see a dated picture i would belive it. Earliest ive seen them is start of april so not impossible. I mean they are already populating loch etive...
If its true then great Means i can go and get some and go plaice fishing from my yak

same thread every year, quick thought though, if you don't like fishing the busy piers - then don't, nobody is forcing you,there are plenty of quieter marks (more picturesque also)where the mackerel will be, also if it's only the so called "chavs" who make all the mess on the piers in the summer, who makes all the mess over the winter...
