Huge one passed straight above me at 9.40 heading south,amazing sight, asked bloke fishing 50 yards away what he thought about it and he said he thought it was a flare and dialled 999 ,lol.white van man -
Yep! 9.40 I was on the 5 at seaham north pier and saw it go straight over! Never seen owt like it. Fishing was rubbish btw, whiting, small doggie.Stay safe!

Sure did, me and the Ancient Mariner (he's not old, just very cursed) saw them from Seaham pier. it was on hell of a sight a was fishing the qe2 in ashington and it passed there never seen awt like it the two blokes a was with havnt seen 1 like that before either was really lowComment
