    can anyone give any advice on summer marks for cod and wrasse never had a go in the summer always freezing my ass off in mid winter cheers

    Deep water and dense kelp are what you\'re looking for. Flat sea with either a sunny sky or a bit of cloud cover. The example attached is a guy who I bumped into last summer at Thornwick Bay near Flamborough (he was using big fresh peelers):

                Try the point at beadnell on low water, 500m south of what was pattersons, Ive had cracking cod to 9 pound there in june, flat calm, on peelers.
                Maker and inventor of CANNYLINKS, the best rotten bottom system bar none. IMHO!

                  As summer approaches the usual posts will start asking about peelers ,where to get them and if anyone sells them etc etc etc , sorry but the last post made my mind jump straight to this!
