One of the first Terrys best beach rod he ever made.
You getting a quality rod for £20 could I ask is it carbon or aluminum butt and rod length just under 12ft.
Think I had one the same time as John had his.

i used to have the 2500 in the mid eighties i think when seaham club had the casting comps at wembly.
i put an 1 ins and a eight dural butt on mine to lengthen a bit did the same wth my super flick tip.
tournament international i picked off ebay last yr is old hat but is my fav rod does out.
actualy it was at seaham casting comp i got my best cast wth the 2500 which i modified 217 yds i believe alan chapman was there that day as well.
i do actualy believe the standard 2500 ptx in the right hands will cast 250yds maybe more.did you know panel pins comes in diff sizes ?
