    hi lads and lasses did someone on this site say to lube your ferrule and spigot female and male ends of your rod + reel screw lock you can use PTFE spray thanks in advance
    KEEP AHAD LADS IF THINGS DONT CHANGE THEY WILL STAY THE SAME

    So they say I have a tin its pure ptfe bought it from a tool shop. Says its designed to lube disc saw blades as well.

      yes mate stops premature wear and century recomend it i use it on all of my rods had no probs

              you can use a pencil but it is graphite not lead no more gans all over your hands though but works fine
