  • Hadston quick sand

been informed by Scott Davidson and seen a vid of an area of quick sand on Hadston beach slap bang in the middle of Sid's Hole, so take care, council are aware of it now and signs have been put up, caused by old mine workings

This is one of my favourite beach marks.
I won't be fishing there for a while.
The hole is bang in the middle.
If you were to wade out and step in it, it's going to be a bad day.
Take care fishing up that way.

    Bigfoot.

Sounds like another tragedy waiting to happen.

          The council have been contacted.
They informed me they would put signs up, I told them I know it will be difficult to manage, but in needs more than just signs put up in the carparks.
It's not going to be long until the winter season starts and anglers will be out on these beaches.

I have to say Alan Charlton put this post up 2 weeks ago, over 700 people have read it and there has been very little response.
