Where to fish the neet?

Anyone got any ideas for a good spot for the neet,and what\'s the sea like cheers lads...

Im fishing the groyne the night mate, never fished down that way for while see what happens. sounds as if the cod are starting to die off

I\'m probably going to fish somewhere up north m8 don\'t know where still .Hope if they are dying off the last few play ball the neet for us m8.
