I fished the middle steps and the south end if the prom got nowt at the middle steps but got a 1lb flounder at the south end of the prom. Which won me 50 quid for heviest flatfish. As there was no round fish caught that where sixze i got the round fish prize. I won a trophy aswell. The comp was with the whitburn club.
Yes Stephen, I told u to fish the South end in a previous post. Had some good flounder off there last winter too, taking mounds of runnies and squid on 4/0 pennels lol
