Moggy, as Alan has mentioned, the Okuma UR 50 is well worth considering.
My wife bought me one the year before last and it is a lovelly smooth reel to use.......and if they\'ve dropped the price.......a definite one to think about.

have you ever used this company Askari ?

they seem to have some great special offers on, i\'m very tempted on the brolly and overwrap they have on special reduced from £125 down to £39 !! just seems a bit too cheap.
just like to know they\'re kosha before i part with my cash.

Mickey, they send me catalogues all the time. A lot of the stuff seems european i.e Scandanavia( ice fishing equipment etc) but there are some decent things you can get from them. Only snag is I thiunk you have to make a minimum spend of about £30, but if you\'re after something for £39 you should be ok.

used askari a few times waterproofs and small bits of tackle never had any problem with them there is a minimum order of 30 quid but there catalogues like a sweet shop lol your spoiled for choice ,normaly takes 7-1o days to get your stuff ,i think paul (hiram)uses them a lot
no worries about getting ripped off the companys massive and reliable
i always check out there bargains
                            cheers Bri

Askaris bargains look great, but can\'t say I\'m too impressed with some of their other prices. I was looking at the fly reels and they have the Grey\'s GRX at £79.95, which is available from other on-line dealers at around £50. Suppose it just shows that it pays to shop around.

                              Cheers
