Only problem I see is that the only sea\'s that do the pier damage are Easterlies, and you can count the number of them we\'ve had this season on one hand! Northerlies tend to run straight down the pier (Why its so good

What Mick says seems about right. The Port is losing money hand over fist, so theres no way they\'ll stump up the money for repairs. I know one thing, it\'ll be a sad day if or when it is breached.
