Bet its packed out there now.It always makes me LMFAO when a big fish gets caught on a mark and its packe dout for ages afterwards. 1 big fish for how many naglers fishing 24hrs a day every day since the start of the season lol.

Never mind err...the paper had a report of 5 double cod caught in a net just off shore and they all had snapped off traces in there mouths. Good report but bad the the blood sport groups.

Aye, I saw that report in the Chronicle regarding the fish with traces attached and wondered if it could be the reason for the \"something big\" posts a few weeks back including one post of mine from Blyth Harbour. Dead right though regarding the antis getting wind of such stuff.

                  cheers.

The fish only died after being knocked on the head by the fisherman who caught them in the net, until then they where fine, hooks some come out or rust away, unless some nutter is using stainless

Lol Richy I know what you mean mate. It\'s certainly worked with Blyth pier this week though mate.
Yes Alan it\'s about time those things were banned before they come back to haunt. Would have thought it would be a good thing to put into the rules for comps mate. Just an idea.

                      Jim.
