Just ordered a princeton tec apex pro and need to order rechargable baterries..

Any reccomendations?

Heard really good things about eneloop sanyo ones

I've got that lamp and I just use rechargeable duracells, with the Duracell charger. I have to say I'm not a big fan of the lamp though mate, its well made and the different settings are great, but the main beam is too wide for me! And no adjustment! You might not see it as an issue though.

I would go for 2400 duracell, and make sure to empty them every time before recharging.

I use sanyo enelopes, they are spot on. Bought 2 sets to have a back up ready charged. According to the reviews when I bought them they were the best for holding there charge longer when lying idle.
