  • Caution for Cambois

An angler was fishing at Cambois on sunday and had his brand new car burnt out! After talking to an old lady on the beach this is not an isolated incident she can remember at least five that she knew about. If youre going to fish it park your car next to the houses not through the bridge.

thatl be at the north end rich as you hit cambois ?the houses arnt much better m8 as you drive in watch out for the youngens hanging around on the grass to the left,we always fish the south end and park at the top of the ramp easy to keep an eye on the car if you fancy a walk along the beach,,bad crack all the same its the rods and gear give you away
    cheers Bri

Really bad crack but common sense prevails,if you are uneasy about leaving your car then fish else where,re Brian-Bribones,it does happen at other places as well ! Druridge Bay,St Mary\'s,Cullernose Point,Lynemouth, its the first one I\'ve heard of for a while now,Tw#ts !

Just like to add that Spurn Point also has problems if anybody is going down to fish the Open in March.

The car park is on the other side of some big dunes and you can\'t see the cars there.

Keep smiling and they'll all be wondering just what you've been up to.
