    what do you lot think off this in 30lb for the heavy ground ? dont hold back lads and lasses

    its the best line ive used its not cheap but you get what you pay for

      Its been good for me it 20lb breaking strain. Had loads a fish on it and no problems touch wood.

      Only other one is the ultima f1 and you would get 35lb in that for the same diameter.

      And don't forget berkley xts salt water. Can anchor a boat up with that.

      All 3 should be good with 20lb to 25lb rotten bottoms and a couple over hand knots just to ensure they snap.

        I was up Arbroath last weekend, I normally use 40lb trilene straight through. You can't get 40lb trilene in clear anymore so I bought some shakespear omni x. £5 for a 600m spool in 50lb. I couldn't fault it. It was strong it casted well, I couldn't tell the difference between it and trilene.

          Ive got the 25lb and is good stuff, the 20lb berkley xts however imo is even better, the 30lb xts is excellent for the rough and thats what i would go for.. Even with 25lb suffix i have to use shocker cause i find it not as strong as rated

              I use it too mate cracking line very strong with a low diameter I would advise it
