I'm based in Sunderland, got back into sea fishing again this year and thinking about joining a club. Comps, crac and maybe a couple beers after. I see Cleadon has a weekly match, with a steady turnout, - any other options out there?

Sunderland Sea Anglers, HQ just before Roker Pier or pop in and see Andy Rutherford in his tackle shop, he will sort you out, or there is also Seaham.

Eastenders Club. New roundabout. East High Street / West Wear Street junction. Down the East High Street bank. Towards docks. 300 yards on your right. Canna miss it. Weigh in downstairs. River ower the road. See Thurs neets Echo & online [Andy Rutherford (Jack The Younger)]. Open match. Wed Neets. Club match. Every other Sat. Canny Lads. Makkems (naturally). Canna get vexed. Bar Upstairs! Cheers! Mines a large one. (Hic).
