  • cabin fever set in

    need to get out fishing friday as i have not fished for a couple of weeks now thru work and other things. Been thinking either shields peir or maybe a trip down to the wear and fish the ratty only probelm being the last time i fished the ratty i ended up with a 5oz sinker in the head of a lad who was trying to do a pendulum cast so that put me of the ratty. So any suggestions on both would be good.

    cabin fever? i know the feeling mate, been stuck in a lot lately if i dont get out soon might have to boil the leather soles on me brogues and eat them

            it did lovely sunny day and the all i felt was water running down my face only to find out it was blood would not care just before ihe cast back out i had just pulled him out of a snag and thats the thanks i get a sinker in the head

              Fek Me!!! I've had a 6oz of me elbow! Still to this day say it's the worst pain I've been in... And I've broke everything playing footy!

                same as u best nest all them old football injuries but i must say and agree with you it was the worst pain and it was a total shock could not believe it as i was watching him do it and i was a good distance away from him saying to myself that leads get a bit close the all of sudden crack and then blood

                          try from the barrier onwards up to the bunker and the roundhead seaward side

                            talking to a lad at work last nite he said to fish the inside at the second set of steps about a 50 yard cast you can hit a very deep bit of water
