  • Freezing Blacks

I have some blacks that I am going to freeze.

They are gutted and rolled in newspaper. If I seel them in a bag will they be ok and easy enough to unwrap or am I better wrapping them in greaseproof paper.

    Thanks

get some cheap zip and seal bags fill your sink or vessel with water put your blacks or whatever you are going to freeze zip the bag up leaving about a inch open place the bag in the water but keep the end out which is slightly open and the water pressure expels the air out zip it up and you have a vacuum sealed bag works well and looks quite professional save having to buy a vacuum packer as freezer burn is the killer of good bait and food
