  • Meggie's burn?

Looking for a wee bit of help - so thanks in advance.
I want to fish Blyth Beach this Xmas - not fished it much except a few times down at the Seaton Sluice end.
Is Meggie's Burn easy to find? Where do you park? And is it more of a HW or LW shot? Better on big tides..?
    Cheers

the best thing for you to do is park at blyth beach carpark, right at the end next to the battery, head down to the beach, you will see 4 large wooden groynes, head to the last one (south), then walk along the beach, you will see a little bay back toward the road, there is a small outlet, this is meggys burn, around that last groyne and a few hundred yards south there is normally a hole, this can be fishe at hw or at lw, there are sandbars that you can get onto on a big tide, its best to have a look during the day and scope it all out as the holes can move with the tides and sea state
