whats happened to the SEA ANGLER bulletin board, used to be a good source of info, seems to have dissapeared of late.

anyone been up to balcary this season yet ?

No doubt Tony or Elton will reply,it is a good question though and i did look at that section myself but i think alot of people used to skip it and go straight to the forums,shame some of it could\'nt have been used but it looks like we\'ve moved on a bit.Looks like theres plenty room on the first page (main site) for contributions etc.(hope we are talking bout the same thing m8 lol)

Looks like they\'re starting a login system which isn\'t quite ready. I know they\'ve had some problems with offensive posts by people using other user\'s names. Couldn\'t get in last night and they were having a go at them on the TSF site.

The Sea Angler discussion board is currently down due to teething problems re the introduction of a new log-in system. They are working on putting matters right, and hopefully, the site will be once more up and running very soon. There have been problems with offensive posts, abusive language etc, so Sea Angler are investigating a failsafe mechanism/criteria very possibly similar to that in operation here.
On a personal note as regards the TSF site, it appears that a very small numbers of their forumites (no names no pack drill), are intent on bad-mouthing Sea Angler at every opportunity. This is very sad, but unfortunately access to computers and the internet is not confined to individuals with a mental age of more than 5½.

Have to agree with you there, if you don\'t like the site or the mag then don\'t get it and enjoy and use what you like. I don\'t think any of these sites ar perfect you just use and enjoy what appeals to you. If you\'ve nothing to say then don\'t, but if it\'s constructive then say it (wether some think it\'s right or wrong) but I don\'t see why people should keep having a go over rubbish and I\'ve said it on them sites. What if people were having a go all the time on here about other sites then all those that look in but don\'t say much would get sick turn off and that would be it. Go fishing and enjoy the help and advice that is available in many different places and if you don\'t like one then don\'t use it - simple.
