    Just read the Shields Gazette and there is a report from the Sunderland RNLI volunteer who had his nose broken when a pr!ck he was trying to help from the river Wear punched him.

                              I'd like to believe the guy was thrashing about in a blind panic & clipped the lad by mistake - but if it was truly deliberate he should have "accidentally" had a nasty encounter with the bottom of the boat when they got him in
