    YELLOW tails are just as good mate,i remember years ago that it was the same bait,yes yellow tails are smaller but,rather put 3 smaller baits on my trace than one big one,,have you ever seen a 1ft long black lug in a fish gob,stomach,,NOT,think about it mate !!!!!

          I'd go for the one big one! Like a steak, a 22 oz Ox neck is more attractive than a load of itty bitty nugget efforts i.e. a mixed grill. Mixed grill is just breakfast for men who aren't allowed to have a proper breakfast at home.

            i believe fresh runny down is worms that have been gutted but are only a few days old, un frozen .use my fresh runny downs before starting on fresh blacks .
