take it into your local tackle shop they should be able to strip it down and tell you what bearings and other parts are broke hope this helps

It really isn't that difficult, take the end cap off and have a look. The most awkward bit is the spring clip that holds in the right hand side bearing in, as it can spring loose and escape.
If you aren't confident enough, like already said, take it to a tackle shop and they should be able to sort it quickly if it is just a faulty bearing.
If you are replacing the bearings yourself there are plenty for sale on Ebay. If you were happy with the speed of the reel go for the replacement bearings. If you want it to go quicker, get the upgrade ones. I would stick with the genuine Daiwa ones.
If I was closer to you I would check it out but someone closer might offer some help.
          Good luck.

am not the most practical me self but i managed to swap me slosh bearings, quite easy reely (lol). there was a link on here somewhere to a 'Neil Mackellow' website with reel tuning/servicing tips on it. dead straight forward, just watch out for the little cir clip pinging across the room! someone on here will know where the link is, good luck
