easier to buy one, try gerrys or glasgow anglin. take some time to master but worth it if you can. dont forget to lubricate it every 20 pumps or so and it works best if the cast is in a small pool of water, this helps suction. also work best on west coast, as rocks under sand on this side make life difficult.
