low water marks

  • low water marks

    hi fellas,
    im new to the area after just moving over with the mrs. thinking about heading out for a night sesssion tonight and am looking for low water marks around blyth whitley cresswell anywhere around this area worth a chuck? also directions would be handy as would parking.

      hello stu
      blyth beach might be worth a shot at the middle toilets 2hours down to low and an hour back up if theres a bit sea on.
      drive along the sea front and you cant miss the tiolet block on seaward side, plenty parking.

        boghall rocks, headagee etc, private beach, seal skeer, snab point, cresswell carrs, all good low water marks mate

              Hello mate if ya go to shore fishing and open lure fishing challenge Phil who is the original poster has got a link to bing maps with just about every mark on it. Its mint take a look mate you can zoom in to them all and look for possible car parking

                      be carefull if you are fishing a new venue at nt time on ya own try tynemouth pier or ss pier probs a bit safer or maybe cullercoats harbour at least you wont get cut off by the tide or even lynemouth beach

                        Whitley Beach...on it's day is the best bar none...accessible within seconds from the car and covers all types of ground from clean sand, to mixed to rough...safe and easy to fish when on own also

                          if ya thinking of fishing new skeers, rock edges etc, go at low water and have a good look, try to find escape routes in case you get cut off, if you do not feel comfortable on a mark do not fish it. Better to be safe than sorry mate, and also make sure you got a spare lamp, dont want ya lamp going off in the dark on a skeer, to many hazards
