fished rocks N end of cullercoats beach 2 down 2 up, nowt. Richie had a good take but lost it. Me and me m8 moved to the big structure at tynemouth with the gates at the bottom. Fished the end casting into river side. Me on the left, other bloke in the middle, me mate on the right. Bloke in the middle - 7 codling to about 4 1/2 lb. while he was there me and m8 shag all 
He toddled off with a bag full of codling we stayed. Started getting bite after bite, proper knocks but just couldn\'t get the buggers on. Ended up with 2 codling, whitey, flatty and eel. Best fish about 4lb. Oh and a spuggy flew over the wall and landed on my leg for a little rest before flying off
