yes you can as far as i am aware, fished there years ago the only reason i have not fished there for a long time is the parking meters.

You can get your car down on the prom. I don't think you have to pay after a certain time

Yeah, just fish it at night after the parking charges finish. Some very good low water shots off the rocks either side, heavy kelp; just ask Mr Haley!

Trying to find a shot in amongst all the pots is the problem at the moment Dave - think there's more pots out there than fish at the moment! Really struggling to pick a mark for tomorrow after last night's waste of time

The little prom to the left of the beach. You have to drive in-between the fence at the top of the old pool and a stone wall ( an ice cream van parks there in the summer) and go over the grass then straight down the ramp there is A bit where you can turn your car round or park it. Hope that helps and you get what mean

aye, I know where the ice cream van is, but never knew you could get a car down there. Had a cany nights fishing down there last winter but never went back cos of the thought of climbing up them steps behind the Gib again

Cheers for info... shall have to investigate

theres a prom from the beach to half way up sharpness ,if you walk to the oxfold and go up the ramp its easyier than climbing stairs , davy.ps if you drive next to the ice cream hut across the grass and down the ramp you can park right next to beach

as you go down to the bay its to your left you can fish from there when the tide comes in cast towards the east into the bay from there.

nice 1 lads I'll deffo remember that for next time, even if its for walking that way instead. Always thought it was a dead end... but obviously they must have got vehicles down there to build the prom in the first place!!
