Nothing wrong with buying hooks off ebay,Not Chinease suppliers though which are cheap copies always.Just make sure you try buy bulk boxes of sizes required to save money, genuine quality brand makes from reputable sources(manufacturers and tackle shops) mostly they all have websites on ebay these days ,with free package and posting.

Said it all before and l ll say it again, buying cheap nasty copies,of known brand hooks, you save only a few pence per hook anyways, and being the probably the most important single item of tackle you use,its is total false economy, eventually and ultimately buying cheap copies will cost you missed bites and lost fish.

You can source off ebay good aberdeen worm style hooks: Kamasan B940,Varivas Aberdeen or Bigmouths,Sabpolo Wormers.

This is why you should support your local tackle shop. Trying to save pennies can cost you lbs in fish. (not that I'd know about catching many fish but I do support my LTS)
